I am a fully qualified massage therapist with a calm and caring approach. Each massage is uniquely tailored to every individual client to help them reach specific goals or just feel amazing!
I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients in multiple environments; from some of the country's top football and rugby teams, world class athletes at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014 to the elderly and infirm.
I trained at the acclaimed Western School of massage and since qualifying have attended more advanced workshops.
I aim to deliver a beneficial massage to help relax tight or sore muscles, improve range of movement or simply re-energise. Helping others make positive changes to their health and wellbeing has rewarded me with a profession I feel passionate about.
For the last 5 years I have been working in a variety of roles within the business, I am a qualified Public Health Nutritionist, Sport and Exercise Nutrtitionist, Sport & Advanced Remedial Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and an ISAK Level 2 Anthropometrist. Currently, I am finishing my Diploma in Orthopaedic Massage and Manipulation .
I have many highlights in my career so far: working in the US and Canada with Glasgow Rangers FC, with Team Scotland during the Commonwealth Games, with the All Blacks Rugby Team, with the Glasgow Warriors during their last 4 successful seasons. I have many rewarding experiences working with individuals and groups - such as Maggies Centre in Glasgow as well as many private sector industries.
In my work, I bring my knowledge and experience to ensure you always get the best treatment possible.
I began my massage career 12 years ago with a mobile massage business catering for special needs clients in the community. Since then I have upgraded my knowladge and skills. Qualifying in remedial and sports massage, pain science and management workshops and many other techniques.
My CV is very eclectic from Rangers football team to Warriors rugby club, the Commonwealth Games and even backstage at a Beyonce gig!
I am an enthusiastic person and this spills over into my work ethic. Massage is constantly evolving and so do I in order to give you the best possible treatment I can. My massages are client focused, no two are ever the same. My style alters with your needs in mind, from injury recovery to deep relaxation to leave you feeling destressed and relaxed.
I love massage, I know you will too.
