Bene Fit Therapies is based in East Dunbartonshire, just north of Glasgow in 2 locations - Bearsden Cross, Bearsden and Eastside, Kirkintilloch. I am a fully qualified massage therapist with a calm and caring approach. Each massage is uniquely tailored to every individual client to help them reach specific goals or just feel amazing!
I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients in multiple environments; from some of the country's top football and rugby teams, world class athletes at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014 to the elderly and infirm.
I trained at the acclaimed Western School of massage and since qualifying have attended more advanced workshops.
I aim to deliver a beneficial massage to help relax tight or sore muscles, improve range of movement or simply re-energise. Helping others make positive changes to their health and wellbeing has rewarded me with a profession I feel passionate about.
For the last 5 years I have been working in a variety of roles within the business, I am a qualified Public Health Nutritionist, Sport and Exercise Nutrtitionist, Sport & Advanced Remedial Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and an ISAK Level 2 Anthropometrist. Currently, I am finishing my Diploma in Orthopaedic Massage and Manipulation .
I have many highlights in my career so far: working in the US and Canada with Glasgow Rangers FC, with Team Scotland during the Commonwealth Games, with the All Blacks Rugby Team, with the Glasgow Warriors during their last 4 successful seasons. I have many rewarding experiences working with individuals and groups - such as Maggies Centre in Glasgow as well as many private sector industries.

Massage treatments available include; Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, Swedish Massage, Full Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Head and Facial Massage, Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage as well as Relaxation Massage. Our physical therapies treatments include; Dry Needling (Medical Acupuncture), Kinesiology Taping, Myofascial Stripping, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilisations, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Muscle Energy and Neuromuscular Techniques, Orthobionomy and Spinal Realignment. Nutritional therapy treatments include; Healthy Lifestying Programmes (includes weight loss for health, eating to protect against heart disease), Sports Nutrition Programmes and Body Composition Measuring (for those who would like to know more about their body fat stores). We also offer Personal Training and Exercise Therapy.
