For the last 7 years I have been working in a variety of roles within the business, I am a qualified Public Health Nutritionist, Sport and Exercise Nutrtitionist, Sport & Advanced Remedial Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and an ISAK Level 2 Anthropometrist. Currently, I am finishing my Diploma in Orthopaedic Massage and Manipulation .
I have many highlights in my career so far: working in the US and Canada with Glasgow Rangers FC, with Team Scotland during the Commonwealth Games, with the All Blacks Rugby Team, with the Glasgow Warriors during their last 6 successful seasons. I have many rewarding experiences working with individuals and groups - such as Maggies Centre in Glasgow as well as many private sector industries. In my work, I bring my knowledge and experience to ensure you always get the best treatment possible.
Our treatment rooms are located in Cumbernauld and Clydebank which covers the urban area of Glasgow and is convenient for nearby towns; Bearsden, Bishopbriggs, Chryston, Drumchapel, Drymen, Dumbarton, Kirkintilloch Lennoxtown, Lenzie, Maryhill, Milngavie, Stepps and Strathblane.
These treatments aim to restore balance and wellbeing. Massage treatments available include; Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, Swedish Massage, Full Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Head and Facial Massage, Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage as well as Relaxation Massage. Our physical therapies treatments include; Dry Needling (Medical Acupuncture), Kinesiology Taping, Myofascial Stripping, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilisations, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Muscle Energy and Neuromuscular Techniques, Orthobionomy and Spinal Realignment. Nutritional therapy treatments include; Healthy Lifestying Programmes (includes weight loss for health, eating to protect against heart disease), Sports Nutrition Programmes and Body Composition Measuring (for those who would like to know more about their body fat stores). We also offer Personal Training and Exercise Therapy.

Over the last 7 years I have worked in the field of nutrition, anthropometry and soft tissue therapy. Some of my past and present clients include; Glasgow Warriors, Glasgow Rangers Football Club, Scottish Institute of Sport, Scottish Athletics, Scottish Rugby Union, Motherwell Football Club, Fijian Rugby Union and the All Blacks Rugby team (during their last 2 visits to Scotland), to name a few. I'm not quite Mo Farah, but I can run a 10km or half marathon race in a decent time.
